Apple releases first public beta of watchOS 7.  Here are steps to install   Apple, generally don’t relese its beta watchOS for public, but for watchOS 7, Apple has chnged its mind and made its first ever watchOS beta available for individuals. So technically, anyone can get watchOS 7 before official release and explore upcoming features. Please make sure, it is beta version of watchOS, so things may not go right and expect bugs and performace issue. watchOS 7‌ completely removes the Force Touch gesture , so expect a slightly different experience compared to OS 6.
